Where is my data stored?+
On Free, exclusively in your browser (IndexedDB), it never leaves your machine. On Pro, in our EU-hosted Supabase tenant, encrypted at rest, accessible only to your team.
Can I cancel any time?+
Pro is an annual commitment. You can cancel renewal at any point and keep your access until the end of the paid period. Your data exports as xlsx so nothing is locked in.
Do you read or train on my data?+
No. We do not look at your workorders and we do not train shared AI models on them. Your data is yours.
How do I move my Free dashboard to Pro?+
One click on signup. The mappings and lookups you built in your browser get uploaded into your new Pro tenant in the first signup step, no need to redo the wizard.
